We, The VISNI SERVICES LLP is engaged in Mutual fund Distributors with an extremely strong focus on client relationship. The team is having in total 31 years of proven track record in Financial Serviceskeeping in mind the regulatory framework and the volatility in the investment climate.

We are a privately owned company and therefore core decisions regarding our processes and practices start at grassroots, ensuring all angles are covered in the decisionmaking process.

It is our belief that by providing a personalized and consistent service experience, we ensure long and fruitful relationships with our clients.

In the true spirit of our commitment, we conduct seminars (Investor Awareness Programmes) and open discussions to know and understand what is important to the client and then to be understood when finding solutions to their financial position and needs.

Across all solutions, our first exercise is to discuss with you extensively to understand your context, aspirations and constraints. We prefer working with our clients over multiple years rather than focusing on one-off transactions. We started our career during July 1991 in addition to courier service, engaged in mobilizing equity IPOs and Mutual funds as an Associated to M/s Karvy Stock Brooking Servicing up to 2003.

Thereafter Mr. Araveti Viswam, Branch Head of Karvy Proddatur and Mr. Araveti Niyanta, Insurance & Mutual Fund Advisor in ING Vysya Bank Ltd., have stated a new venture in the name and style M/s VISNI Services in 2005.

At present we are managing an amount of Rs. 100 Crores in Direct equity and Rs. 120 Crores in Mutual funds, and also we are having SIP book size of 120 lac per month.

From 2008 we are using the latest technology for the benefit and easy access for our clients through our Web Site www.visni.net,now we moved our web site to www.visni.org wherein we are providing direct access to the Clients” A/c to find out there position. Mobile APP has also launched from 2012.

In this by doing one click, the client can know his latest position immediately.

We are proudly saying we are very aware of Health Insurance policy Issuing and claim settlements. In last covid – 19 pandemic situation we are nearly claim settled with more than 2.5crores, at 96% settlement ratio, with all ties up insurance companies in the time frame of 2.5 years.

Client Loyalty is extremely important to us as most of the client relationships are only by invitation and we do not indulge in any mass marketing strategies.
